Philosophy

My coaching is centred around helping individuals and teams reach their professional potential; within public, private or charitable organisations or as self-employed entrepreneurs or non-executives.

Successful coaching helps and supports individuals to gain unique insights into their strengths, skills and passions. It creates greater self-awareness and leads to the design of a useful framework to incorporate these elements in a professional context. It drives an increased understanding of one’s talents and gaps, seen through a leadership lens, and results in a pragmatic, individually-tailored development plan.

My coaching is Humanistic in approach, with an emphasis on the importance of autonomous growth supported by warmth, empathy and authenticity. I focus on the individual; listening, providing feedback and offering hypotheses and suggesting options.

I am a 2012 graduate of Meyler Campbell's Mastered Coaching Programme and am qualified in a range of psychometrics and other coaching tools which I utilise dependent on client needs.
