My coaching and facilitation experience has been influenced by my time in the corporate world and in higher education over a 35-year career. I began my professional career in the finance sector, originally in New York, and gained global experience whilst having been London-based since 1988. Over the course of 25 years, I worked in front-line, client-facing roles as an investment banker and latterly as a senior manager, responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent. My interest in cultivating and optimising talent stretches far back in my career and is the “red thread” connecting my work experience to my coaching and leadership interests.
